So many changes

We would like to express our heartfelt condolences for the families who have lost loved ones in our different fields of combat. It was wrenching to see the 13 warriors come home to the U.S. and Dover and to think of all of those who have come before.

We have left Afghanistan. So many people have asked if we will continue to need the same level of quilts as we have before. I would love to say that we are shutting down, unfortunately we have received no indication that the requests will decrease any time soon. It is too soon to see what that region will look like and what our level of involvement will be. We hope you will be willing to stick with us for a bit longer. The minute things change we will let everyone know. We too would like the level of need drop and us not be needed anymore. In the mean time thank everyone for their continued support.

Sending our best wishes and support to our service men and women and their families. Thanks also to all our wonderful volunteers and quilters.

    1. Good morning Darlene. I will send you an email with contact information for Ione. You can also find her by sending email to brick house quilting.
Thank you all so much for all your support.

  2. I cannot find the address to donate (mailing) the quilts when finished! I have read all of your topics and still cannot find the address. Can you please send it to me. Also, you only accept binding that has been cut on the bias? I have 2 panels that I bought and would like to make the quilts around them. These would be my first 2 quilts. How does this organization differ from the other famous one started by MaryAnn Fons? Just wondering why another group was formed? Is it because your group provides more support in the process for instance?
